GREY:

Today is a painting in greys, only grey. Slate grey ceiling of sky is the backdrop to the battle-ship darker grey of the distant mountains imposed upon the canvas. Mother-of-pearl sea, silent so as not to disturb the Persian- cat grey foam, silently sleeping fluffily along the shore. No noise, no seagulls crying in grey distance, only grey pigeons pecking at the silver-grey seaweed flung from the irate sea during the night onto silent grey pavements. Sad day? No play?...No way, it is beautiful & calm, peaceful ,& I feel blessed.
