DIAMOND DAY:

It is a diamond day. The indigo velvet pre-dawn sky morphed into cornflowers, the crystal moon clinging to the morn, not wanting to miss this sight, but yawning in her fading, a shooting star giving reins to my wishes. The sun, big, golden, & embracing everything on earth in his warm reassuring arms. The azure sea, chippy, choppy, giggling & chuckling as she tickles the white, shiny, salty pebbles at her fingertips. seagulls dipping, swallows swooping, birds singing, people smiling & greeting as we pass. The Autumnal burnished leaves sway & dance in the crisp fresh breeze, feeling they have another chance, before they finally fall. Butterflies & dragonflies in coloured finery, float like colourful kites, bumble bees buzz, cicadas hum. Wonderful, sounds, wonderful sights. No banker, no politician, no moron, no manic depressive can take this day from me, & I am truly blessed. What fools they all are, not to know where the true wealth is to be found.
