They meet at early dawn & he dances her all
the way,
They´d waltz around the world, in gentle eddy
& sway,
A beautiful couple entwined, in eternal undying
love,
Their destiny, past & future, controlled by
Gods above.
He, handsome in tuxedo, of black & ebony neatness,
His hair combed tight in curls, in jet & oily
sleekness,
Collar & cuffs of moonbeams, stars bright
within his eyes,
His smile of falling meteors, light up the darkened
skies.
She, pretty in gown of golden sun & flowers
in her hair,
Shod in white cloud slippers, climbing up heaven´s
stair,
Golden beams on her breast, blue sapphires in
her eyes,
Always looking for her lover, beyond old horizon´s
skies.
Again they meet at sunset, with their soft &
gentle kiss,
Embracing in cool evening, they dance dusk away
in mists,
Mantled in night´s blanket, to make love behind
the moon,
Slumbering in each other´s arms, dawn appears
far too soon.
