Sadness, unhappiness & woefulness, all
banned,
In Book of Kells, Bible, Veda, Torah &
holy Quran,
Where does it tell us, that we must only look
down?
Searching all that´s dim, dark & only
underground.
To be within His likeness, the Almighty´s
sacred will,
Shouldn’t we then be looking, towards that
distant hill?
Shouldn´t we then be searching, the eagle in
blue skies?
And maybe see only goodness, within our
brother´s eyes.
Warm laughter in the heart & sweet smiles
upon the lips,
Of every little joy, we should savour & not
merely tiny sips,
When we´ve mastered happiness, a sign of man´s
arrival,
That is when the human race, is assured of its
survival.
Be it barred & prohibited, all that´s sad,
bad & gloomy,
Leaving space within each soul, light, bright
& roomy,
Everything that´s not happy, truly should be banned,
As sadness, by our Lord, was never-ever planned.
