To you my
Grandpa Jim, man of coal-pit, family & God,
Now with
your Lord & bones beneath dark Cymru sod,
And to
you Grandpa Brian, old traveler of far-off lands,
Twinkled
eye, old soul, now holding worlds in your hands,
To you
Papa, who guided me & helped me through my life,
I pray
you are happy now, beside Mama, your darling wife,
And to you
my errant brother, long flown to lands unknown,
Never forgotten,
my love for you, is in my heart deep sewn,
To you dear
husband, within your hands, you hold my heart,
You so far
away, but distance, our love, will never prise apart,
To both my
lovely sons, whom have spread their wings & flown,
To all my
missing men folk, with all your love, I am never alone.
