Second, minute, hour,
day, week, month & year,
All gone in the whisper,
in the blink of wept tear,
The drift of lost
leaves on the sigh of the breeze,
All gone within old
secrets of dying autumn trees.
All birth disappears,
within the death of used life,
Gone in swift joy
& happiness, but also in strife,
The words of “I love
you”, all end in goodbyes,
The truth of all matters
disappears in small lies.
The breath of the
lover, is so fleeting in the ear,
Gone with turned back,
leaving hot burning spear,
All the calendar´s
pages, turn fast with the moon,
As the ebbing of tides,
flow from December to June.
Time keeps on turning
with the hands of the clock,
With the pulsating
of heartbeats, tick-tickety-tock,
Life is so short,
it´s fleeting, but my love never dies,
Continuing in impermanence,
within eternity´s skies.
