On Mondays, give me moonbeams, pearly &
white,
On Tuesdays, turquoise, to make me feel
alright,
On Wednesdays, wisteria, to wend my weary way,
On Thursdays, tourmalines, in which to dance
& sway,
On Fridays, filigree from Toledo, deep down
in Spain,
On Saturdays, satin, from where butterflies
have lain,
On Sundays, silk, from the spiders hour of lost
love,
All my weekly wonderments, to help me rise above.
