Where are they?
All of those missing, disappeared &
gone,
What happened to them, what went wrong?
Fallen through the cracks, in the spinning
of life,
Their missing, to loved ones, causing such
strife.
Where are they?
The kidnapped, the stolen, the soldiers at
war,
By villain, tyrant & dictator, pacing
world´s floor,
Mothers wailing for babies, torn from their
arms,
Why have they gone, causing such aching
harm?
Where are they?
Walking out the door with a “Bye for now”
& a smile,
Eternity replacing the, “I shall be back in
a while”,
Leaving dark shadows, where sunshine once
shone,
“Missing”, reward if you find, but now
sadly gone.
