I married a
dancing man,
With restless
& nimble moving feet,
With finger´s
clicking to every beat.
I married a
dancing man,
With shuffling
feet forever tapping,
With Spanish
hands forever clapping.
I married a
dancing man,
Then one day
he stopped the sway,
Saying, that
old life just got in his way.
I married a
dancing man,
So we left
the life we knew, together,
And went off
dancing through lilac heather.
