golden, white, red & black,
Skin, taught, smooth,
freckled wrinkled & slack,
Skin, chaffed, soft,
hard, scraped & often flayed,
Skin, washed, creamed,
hidden & oft displayed,
Skin, caressed, stroked,
slapped & sadly beaten,
Skin, criticized, judged,
sun-burnt, also wheaten,
Skin, scratch the surface
& they´re all the same,
Skin, bleeding red
all, whatever the race & name.
