Men stare at mountains, fields & far
places,
Scanning seas, oceans & the passing of
faces,
They look through windows, portals & doors,
They peer up at ceilings & search below
floors.
Men look far beyond panoramas, vistas &
views,
Noting shapes of nature & their magnificent
hues,
Their eyes feast on women & their beautiful
shapes,
Resting on breasts, hips & then settling
upon napes.
Men search in their starings & from restless
soft eyes,
Never finding their treasures & the wondering
at why´s,
If they looked a little nearer, deeper &
closer to home,
They´d find their own souls, with no reason
to roam.
