I SEE- I HEAR:

I am so sad you are blind & you cannot see,

All this beauty you are missing, so unlike me,

I am so sad you are deaf & that you cannot hear,

All around & about you, so far away, yet so near.

 

I am blind, but I´m sure that I see more than you,

Within my soul, I can see all of nature´s sweet hues,

I am deaf, but in my heart, I can hear songs of birds,

By touching your cheek, I know love in a million words.
