The circle
of life, holding us all tightly together,
Birds encircled
in skies, united in flying feathers,
Plumed ones
nesting & foxes curled in rounded dens,
Small new
eggs protected, by circle of feathered hens.
Round kraals
for beasts, in farms & far away ranches,
Made in circles,
of twigs, grass & long bent branches,
Halos of
dead Saints, auras & creamy moonlit beams,
Holding it
all together, in circled & cross-stitched seams.
Wise Druids
in circular Groves, of old & sacred stones,
Tribes around
fires, tossing future´s white & milky bones,
But I´m encircled
in dreams & your soft protecting arms,
I know that
encircled in your heart, I´ll never come to harm.
